Job Description
Partner with and coach our leaders when it comes to employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
Develop and implement people development programs for supported groups
Drive performance management, engagement, retention, and career development initiatives to inspire our people to love where they work
Identify people issues and trends within the business and formulate and implement solutions
Facilitate compensation review practices
Drive future organizational initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team
Be a strategic advisor to the business and drive our People strategy
Qualifications:
An HR professional with at least 1 years of HR experience working as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a corporate setting.
You’re an amazing listener, coach and consultant, comfortable handling performance management and employee relations issues.
You have a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders.
You’re strategic and hands-on and passionate about making things better for everyone in a high-growth environment.
About The Team:
We are the Metaconex HR team, dedicated to making the employee experience at Metaconex better. Our team works with a majority of non-exempt employees, including many members of the Customer Care Organization within our Viet Nam population. We're a team of creative, proactive people who take the time to listen, explore, and analyze while leaving room for intuition when making decisions. The HR team is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with managers and employees and influence positive change throughout Metaconex.
At this time we are seeking Viet Nam - based candidates who can commute to our office in Da Nang. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 1 days per week
In addition to base pay you will receive company KPI as part of the compensation package.Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
